Shipping: As a temperature-sensitive item, this product should spend no more than two days in transit, which may result in high shipping costs. The research for malolactic bacteria has shown that a few days out of the freezer (at temperatures below 77°F) will not spoil the product. Returns: All returns must be authorized; call 707 838 6312 and ask for a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) Number and instructions. Include the MRA number with your shipment.
