Shipping

All parcel orders are shipped with UPS. Freight order carrier may vary based on the destination. You can also pick up your order from our Windsor, CA, office. We have a lockbox available for pickup outside business hours. See our Shipping & Return Policy for more details.

Returns

All returns must be authorized; call 707 838 6312 and ask for a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) Number and instructions. Include the MRA number with your shipment. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All items must be returned in an unused and resalable condition. All temperature sensitive products sales are final and do not qualify for returns.
