Shipping methods include UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day and Overnight. Products can also be picked-up from any of our offices or delivered via courier. Some restrictions apply.

Returns

Returns must be authorized; call 707 838 6312 and ask for a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number. Include the MRA number with your shipment. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and are subject to a 20% restocking charge. All items must be returned in an unused and resalable condition.
All winemaking products along with supplies that require refrigeration or freezing cannot be returned. Live cultures, analytical standards, and special order items are available according to demand. Orders of these products are considered to be final. Any cancellation or modification of a pending order will result in a charge up to the full dollar amount of the order.
